Mr. Faccenda is the founder and managing attorney of Faccenda Law Group LLC. He is a former state prosecutor who has tried hundreds of cases to either jury or bench and also formerly worked for Corboy & Demetrio. He frequently speaks to audiences about how to effectively take a case to jury and win. He is unafraid to take any case to jury. He has focused his civil career on ensuring that personal injury victims get fully compensated for their injuries and also that workers fired because of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation get their day in court. Before founding Faccenda Law Group LLC, Mr. Faccenda served as an assistant state's attorney in Cook County, Illinois and has spent over 20 years as a lawyer securing successful results for his clients. He received a B.A. degree from Notre Dame and graduated from Notre Dame School of Law. He serves on the boards of a number of non-profit and charitable organizations and is a member of the Federal Trial Bar.
